What to Expect

When you call or visit Access Now, staff will ask you some basic questions about your needs and health history.  These questions help us to decide what services or resources are available to best meet your needs.  If we don't have the right service for you, we'll connect you with another provider or agency.

Transportation

Let Access Now staff know if you have difficulty getting transportation.  We can help!

We have service locations in Stanton and Greenville. And if those aren't convenient enough, we'll come to you!

Information Sharing

Sharing health information among providers, health plans, and patients is a crucial part of delivering high quality health care services.

See Michigan’s Vision for Improving Physical and Behavioral Health Integration through Information Sharing.

Cost of Services

The cost of services is based on your ability to pay. You won't be turned away because you don't have insurance or can’t afford to pay for care. We use a sliding fee scale that is based on the size of your family and income. We'll work with you to create an individual plan of service that will explain all the details about your services, costs, and your choice of providers. We accept both Medicaid and Medicare.

Health Insurance

If you don't have health insurance, give us a call!  We have expert staff that can assist you in signing up for Medicaid and Healthy Michigan Plan.
