Emergency Services are available 24/7. You can call our mainline at 989.831.7520, toll-free number at 800.377.0974, or walk in during normal business hours. Trained crisis professionals are available to help stabilize the crisis, provide coaching, and connection to community resources and follow up services. Preadmission Screening for individuals with Medicaid or No Insurance/Indigent are also provided.

Mobile Crisis services are available Monday through Friday 8 am to 8 pm. Services are provided in the home or community to assist in deescalating the crisis, providing support and connection with ongoing services. The service is available to people of all ages in Montcalm County. The service can be reached by calling the Montcalm Care Network main line at 989.831.7520 or via our toll-free number 800.377.0974. Staff will work closely with individual, family and supports to reduce the potential for out of home placement, such as impatient psychiatric care.
