Emergency Services are available 24/7. You can call our mainline at 989.831.7520, toll-free number at 800.377.0974, or walk in during normal business hours. Trained crisis professionals are available to help stabilize the crisis, provide coaching, and connection to community resources and follow up services. Preadmission Screening for individuals with Medicaid or No Insurance/Indigent is provided.

Mobile Crisis services are available Monday through Friday 8 am to 8 pm. Our team comes your home or other safe locations in the community to assist in deescalating the crisis, providing support and connection with ongoing services. Telehealth connections are also available. People of all ages in Montcalm County regardless of insurance status can call Mobile Crisis. The service can be reached by calling the Montcalm Care Network main line at 989.831.7520 or via our toll-free number 800.377.0974. Staff will work closely with individual, family and supports to reduce the potential for out of home placement, including inpatient psychiatric care. Helping to equip you with the tools to navigate crisis is the team’s goal!
